- With a maceration process unusual in Spain, which ranges from 20 to 25 days.
- With 5 distillations in "Cloe" the most desired continuous copper still.
- From the London Dry Category, which is the most restrictive of the gins. But a real London Dry, fulfilling all its requirements.
- And with a maturation process prior to bottling discovered after the first year of trials. We realized that the gin needed more time, so we gave it the necessary time until reaching 6/7 months of controlled rest.
