After 10 years of clandestine distillation, BUNKER DISTILLERY was born. A craft distillery located in León that arose from the passion of two crazy people, María and Enrique, who left their life in Madrid to return to their hometown and revolutionize the world of spirits .

    Crowned Best Gin in Spain 2024, 2023 and 2021 , among 11 other international awards. A London Dry type gin: well structured and generous in nuances. Its production process is completely artisanal and ranges between 7 and 9 months.

Enrique Lozano, Master Distiller at Bunker Distillery

Our Master Distiller understands distillation as an art . He distills using traditional methods, in our state-of-the-art copper still: "Cloe". He imbues each of his distillates with part of his character, and turns them into unique elixirs.

Their passion is to find the best ingredients around the world, which is why León, on the Camino de Santiago, became the ideal location for our artisanal microdistillery, and to pamper the products to the extreme.
